Charlie Newmark has been acting from as early as he can remember. He was plucked by a talent scout at school for the feature film, Lord of the Flies. Newmark starred in the ABC pilot, Miss Jones (Christine Ebersole) then worked with the Williamstown Shakespeare Festival. He has appeared in independent feature films including Trees Lounge and Dead Silence.

Newmark studied the Meisner Technique under Bill Esper then moved to Los Angeles and was cast in the MTV pilot Daytrippers, written and directed by Fran Drescher. Charlie stepped behind the camera to produce the short film Handicap City.
